Just in time for football season we bring you Jock of the Rock DOT COM! This site is the on-line life partner of the semi-sophomoric (see sandinyerface.com for totally sophomoric) sports radio program infecting the airwaves at 12:30pm Saturdays on KMXT 100.1 FM on THE ROCK. Believe it or not, its on public radio and has been on the air one, two, counting fingers, counting toes....14 whole months! Past guests include Gov. Sarah Palin, Coach Floyd, and Chef Jeremy of the Seattle Mariners.

Alternating weeks are reserved for our panel of "experts" commonly known as THE ROUND TABLE WITH FOUR CORNERS. The Table is comprised of:
